We know that schedules shift — but we also protect the time our staff commit to your event. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

• More than 72 hours before the event – You’ll receive a full refund or can apply your payment as credit toward a future event.

• Between 72–48 hours before the event – You’ll receive a 50% refund to account for confirmed staffing commitments.

• Less than 24 hours before the event – A full cancellation fee applies, as staff have already blocked their availability.

Our team members turn down other paid work to prioritize your event. When you cancel late, we still compensate them — because reliability matters on both sides.

This fee covers insurance, staff coordination, and required documentation — so your event runs smoothly and your team is fully protected.

Here’s what’s included:

• Full insurance coverage – Workers’ comp, general liability, umbrella, and liquor host liability (where applicable)

• Staff management – Scheduling, confirmations, and on-site coordination

• COI on request – We’ll send a Certificate of Insurance if your venue needs it — no extra charge
