We know that schedules shift — but we also protect the time our staff commit to your event. Here’s how our cancellation policy works: More than 72 hours before the event – You’ll receive a full refund or can apply your payment as credit toward a future event. Between 72–48 hours before the event – You’ll receive a 50% refund to account for confirmed staffing commitments. Less than 24 hours before the event – A full cancellation fee applies, as staff have already blocked their availability. Our team members turn down other paid work to prioritize your event. When you cancel late, we still compensate them — because reliability matters on both sides.

The 10% fee covers insurance, staff coordination, and required documentation — so your event runs smoothly and your team is fully protected. The other 10% cover payroll and cover state employment taxes, keeping our staffing classified correctly and receiving 401K benefits. Here’s what’s included: Full insurance coverage – Workers’ comp and $1M general liability. State taxes and benefits – W-2 processing payroll and 401K benefits.

Yes, your event’s location can impact staffing costs. We factor in travel distance, traffic conditions, parking availability, and time of day when calculating rates. For example: Events far from city centers or in remote areas will require additional compensation for staff travel time. High-traffic zones will have an impact on staff parking compensation. If the venue doesn’t offer free or nearby parking (such as trade shows or hotels), parking reimbursements will apply.
