A client needed to staff 18 events over 10 weeks with a fixed seasonal budget. Instead of charging standard rates, we offered a custom staffing package with locked-in hourly pricing. The client stayed under budget and was able to pre-book staff across all major weekends.

Talent and decor vendors required upfront deposits, leaving little liquidity for staffing. We allowed the client to confirm 12 staff with post-event net 15 payment. The event went forward with the full team in place. We got paid 10 days later. Client rebooked for the next event without hesitation.
